Terms of Use
These terms explain the role of roofrepairlimerick.ie, LeadWeb Ireland and any independent provider you choose to appoint.
Who operates this site
LeadWeb Ireland operates roofrepairlimerick.ie as a local information and request site for roof repair in Limerick. LeadWeb Ireland is the name used by the operator and is not a limited company. It is not a roof repair contractor or trade body.
Using the information
The guides give general information about roof repair, likely costs and related checks. They are not a survey, diagnosis or quotation. Get the property assessed before you agree work.
Sending a request
Sending the form or continuing a recorded call asks LeadWeb Ireland to handle your details under the privacy notice. It does not create a contract for roof repair work. No provider is currently named on this site. Where coverage is available, LeadWeb Ireland may pass the request to a relevant independent provider so they can respond.
Choosing a provider
You decide whether to appoint a provider. Ask them to confirm their identity, availability, credentials, insurance, written scope, price, payment terms and any warranty. The provider is responsible for the survey, advice, quote, contract and work. LeadWeb Ireland is not a party to that contract and does not promise a response time or result.
Fair use
Use this site and its request routes for genuine roof repair questions. Do not send false details, try to bypass security controls, scrape content for another commercial site or disrupt the service. We may block abusive use and remove false submissions.
Using site content
You may read and use the guides for your own property decisions. Do not copy the text, design or site assets into another commercial service without permission. Material on linked external sites belongs to its relevant owner.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with the site but do not promise uninterrupted access or that general information will fit every property. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or liability that Irish law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that rule, LeadWeb Ireland is responsible for operating this site and handling requests, not for an independent provider's advice, contract or work.
Irish law and questions
Irish law applies to these terms. Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere. Questions about these terms or the privacy notice go to leadweb.admin@gmail.com. Use the quote form and phone number only for service requests.
