Who controls your data

LeadWeb Ireland operates roofrepairlimerick.ie and is the controller for personal data collected through this site. LeadWeb Ireland is the name used by the operator. It is not a limited company. For privacy questions or rights requests, email leadweb.admin@gmail.com. Do not use the quote form for a rights request.

What the form collects

The form collects the service you select, your phone number, an optional message and your consent. Your browser also sends a submission ID, the page path, the form instance and the time the form started. These technical details help us deliver the request, stop duplicate posts and detect abuse.

A hidden field catches automated spam. The Cloudflare function creates a one-way hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting. The form does not ask for your name, email address or town.

What the phone line collects

The number on this site is a Nimbata tracked line. Nimbata records call details such as the number called, the caller number, time, duration and outcome data. Calls are recorded for quality and lead tracking. A recorded warning plays before the call continues. By continuing the call after that warning, you consent to the recording. If you do not want the call recorded, end the call and use the form instead.

Why we use this data

We use form details to handle your request and, where coverage is available, let a relevant independent provider respond. Consent is the legal basis for these form details and any provider sharing. You can withdraw that consent by emailing us, although this does not undo lawful use before withdrawal.

We use the submission ID, hashed IP address, form timing and spam field to protect the form and prevent duplicate delivery. Our legitimate interest is keeping the request route secure and reliable. We use call metadata to route and reconcile calls. We record a call only after the warning described above.

Who can receive it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form function and stores short-lived abuse and duplicate checks.
• For each accepted request, a private Google Apps Script delivery adapter sends the request to the operator.
• Google Gmail receives the operator email and Google Sheets holds the request log.
• Nimbata provides the tracked number, greeting, call routing, metadata and recordings.
• A relevant independent provider may receive the form or call details if coverage is available. No provider is currently named on this site.

We do not sell personal data for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

• The hashed-IP rate-limit record expires after one hour.
• The delivered submission ID expires after seven days.
• Enquiry emails, Sheet rows, call records, recordings, consented analytics reports and closed rights-request emails are kept only while genuinely needed.
• We review those records at least once each year and delete records that are no longer needed. The next review is due by 2027-09-16.
• You may make a valid deletion request before the annual review.
• We may keep a specific record longer where the law requires it or a live legal claim makes it necessary.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses local browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies. Visitor analytics is not installed or active on this site, so no Google Analytics tag or measurement ID loads. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer.

International processing

Cloudflare, Google and Nimbata may process personal data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the relevant provider contract and data-transfer safeguards apply. You can ask for more information by emailing the privacy contact above.

Your rights

Subject to data protection law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your data. You may also withdraw consent. Email leadweb.admin@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record. We normally respond within one month.

You may also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
